GC 4x8B and GC 4x10B are virgin activated carbons. Derived from bituminous coal, they are granular in form. Their high activity and surface area makes them ideal for most vapour phase applications including general odour removal and the absorption of organic contaminants from vapour streams.

Caution!
Wet activated carbon removes oxygen from air causing a severe hazard to workers inside carbon vessels. Confined space/low oxygen procedures should be put in place before any entry is made. Such procedures should comply with all applicable local, state and federal guidelines.
